The terms are always the same for all our apartments. When requesting to rent an apartment with City Apartment, we always require a photo ID in order to prepare the contract. This is in accordance with Danish anti-money laundering regulations.

The move-in cost includes a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent, two months’ prepaid rent, and the first month’s rent.

The lease agreement is unlimited, which means there is no end date to your contract. It ends when you give your 3 months’ notice. Our notice period is 3 months, always effective from the first day of a month.
